ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are shipped from Poland.

  • Orders within Poland are usually shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • International orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • In exceptional circumstances, order processing may take a little longer.

  • These timeframes refer to preparing and dispatching your order – delivery time depends on the selected carrier.

DELIVERY

  • Available shipping methods and their prices are shown at checkout.

  • Delivery time depends on the destination country and selected shipping method.

  • If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance or local carrier processing.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

  • Orders shipped outside the customs territory of the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes or import fees.

  • Any fees charged in the destination country are the responsibility of the Customer.

  • In some cases, the carrier or customs authorities may ask you to provide additional information required to clear your shipment.

IMPORTANT

  • Before placing your order, please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete.

  • If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected on time, reshipping may involve an additional shipping fee.

  • Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery time depends on the carrier. Delays caused by transportation or customs clearance may be beyond PROJECT BULGE’s control.
