§1 General information

Sales are made via the Shopify e-commerce platform.

Shopify Inc. provides the technical means of operating the store, while full responsibility for the fulfillment of orders, returns, complaints and customer service rests with the Seller.

The Seller is not a VAT payer. Upon the Customer's request, the Seller issues a sales contract confirmation (simplified invoice).

Placing an order in the Store constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.
§2 Definitions

Seller – PROJECT BULGE Marek Ulita, selling as a sole proprietorship.
-
Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit making a purchase in the Store.
-
Consumer – a customer who is a natural person making a purchase for purposes unrelated to business or professional activity.
-
Goods – products available for purchase in the online store.
-
Sales contract – a contract concluded at a distance between the Customer and the Seller.
§3 Placing orders

Orders can only be placed via the website: https://projectbulge.pl (Shopify).
-
The condition for placing an order is the correct completion of the form and acceptance of the Regulations.

After placing the order, the Customer will receive automatic order confirmation to the e-mail address provided.

The sales contract is concluded upon receipt of order confirmation by the Customer.

All prices are given in Polish zloty and are gross prices (they include all applicable fees, but do not include VAT – the Seller is not a VAT payer).
§4 Payment and delivery

Payments are made via integrated payment systems on the Shopify platform (e.g. PayPal, PayU, Przelewy24).
-
Delivery costs and estimated delivery time are visible when placing the order.
-
Goods are shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

The customer receives a shipping confirmation and tracking number, if applicable.
§5 Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform the Seller at the following address: info.bulge@gmail.com, or report the return on the customer account.

The customer is obliged to return the goods at his own expense within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.

The refund (for the product and the cheapest shipping method available) will be processed through Shopify within 10 days of receiving the return shipment. The funds are returned to the customer's original payment method, but the final processing time depends on the bank.

The following are not refundable:

Goods made according to the customer's specifications (personalized),
-
Goods used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and function.

§6 Complaints

The Seller is liable for physical and legal defects of the goods under the warranty principles specified in Articles 556–576 of the Civil Code.

Complaints should be submitted via email to: info.bulge@gmail.com , describing the problem and attaching photos.

The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 business days of receiving it.

If the complaint is accepted:
-
The goods will be repaired or replaced,
-
or a refund will be made.

§7 Personal data protection (GDPR)

The administrator of Customers' personal data is PROJECT BULGE Marek Ulita, who conducts sales as a sole proprietorship.

Personal data are processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR, solely for the purposes of:

order fulfillment,
-
customer service and complaints,
-
maintaining sales documentation.

Data is entrusted only to necessary entities:
-
courier companies,
-
payment operators,
-
Shopify Inc. (Canada) platform, which ensures an adequate level of data protection.

The customer has the right to:
-
access to data,
-
their rectification, deletion, restriction of processing,
-
data transfer,
-
filing an objection,
-
submitting a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The data is not profiled or used for marketing purposes without the client's consent.
-
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to complete the order.
§8 Final provisions

In matters not covered by these Regulations, the following shall apply:

Civil Code,
-
Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights,
-
Act of 6 March 2018 – Entrepreneurs' Law.

The Regulations are available on the Store's website.
-
The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Changes will not affect orders placed before their introduction.
-
These Regulations are effective from July 22, 2025.
